Micheal's knowledge about his hometown
of Tyler, Texas, is just one reason why he makes an exceptional
real estate agent. He is a 1977 graduate of Robert E. Lee High
School and attended Tyler Junior College, Majoring in Horticulture & Business.
His work experience includes restaurant general manager,
owner/operator of a catering company and owner of Micheal
Jones Garden Design.
Micheal is a former flight attendant for American Airlines
and ATA Airlines. He has been described as, "a sales-oriented professional, highly motivated
with leadership qualities; possessing strong communication skills with the ability
to interact with clientele, associates and management at all levels; and exhibiting
a professional demeanor with a dedicated attitude to achieve his objectives."
"I have seen Micheal in many different situations—with his children,
his family, his friends, business clients, strangers, and government and civic
leaders. One of Micheal’s best assets, in my opinion, is his ability to adapt
to any situation. He is a wonderful father and strives to provide lots of
love and structure for his children. When he is involved in a community project—they are too. He sets a great example of how you should give back to
your community. Micheal has a strong work ethic. When he says he is going to
do something, you don’t have to doubt it. He will get the job done. And
the many clients he has worked with for many years will attest to that."

"I am personally acquainted with Micheal Jones and have worked with him
on numerous occasions. One of the largest and most complex undertakings
he has been associated with involved raising $1 million for a historically black
college in Tyler in less than one month. Texas College, established in 1894,
had lost its membership in the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools.
In order to receive reaccreditation, new President, Dr. Billy Hawkins, had to
prepare Texas College for a comprehensive review and raise a million dollars.
Through an appearance by baseball legend, Henry "Hank" Aaron, whose
wife, Billye, is a Texas College graduate and other sports notables, two fundraising
events were held. Micheal’s expertise with the service/hospitality industry
was one of the primary reasons for the success of the fundraisers. He coordinated
arrangements for a private reception and a public banquet. Because of his reputation
for professionalism, commitment, and sincerity, he was able to get everything
donated. And he encouraged the generous benefactors in our community to attend.
When the accreditation team came to visit and when the ABC Nightly News with
Peter Jennings came to interview Dr. Hawkins, Micheal was there in advance, making
sure everything was perfect. Texas College was reaccredited in December, 2001."

"After often commenting that no one person can be an expert
at everything, I have had to rethink that sentiment after my
20 year experiences with Micheal Jones! Micheal’s abilities
and talents literally span the categories from A to Z! Becoming
a Realtor has recently proven to be yet another arrow in his
quill, in my opinion.
Although I was born and raised in the Tyler area, I have lived
in Houston the past 14 years and had become unfamiliar with a
lot of the areas of my home town. Micheal’s wealth of knowledge
of Tyler as a whole, both geographically and socially, was overwhelming
to me to say the very least. He had the answers to all of my
questions and made himself available to help me eliminate the
14-year time lapse by visiting and introducing me to all of the
new growth and changes in and around Tyler.
I ended up purchasing two homes in the Azalea district. Both
transactions closed with a seamless effort on my part due primarily
to Micheal’s positive "can do" attitude, his
diligence and professionalism, as well as his communicative skills.
Whether buying or selling I
would urge everyone to take advantage of a realtor who possesses
Micheal’s
level of business acumen. He will tell you what you need to
hear, not just what you want to hear!"

"Micheal is a tremendous resource not only to Tyler, but
the East Texas region. His wealth of knowledge of the area’s
history, people and architecture has served as a leading advantage
for his personal clients as well as fellow professionals and
community organizations.
Micheal’s conscientious and professional style added
with his expertise in the real estate industry has translated
to a well-served clientele seeking a variety of real estate
investments ranging from investment properties to starter homes
to multi-million dollar residences.
Micheal’s attention to detail, personal direction
in the staging and presentation of my custom homes have benefited
my organization throughout the years and I look forward to
a brilliant future through his friendship and partnership in
the real estate industry."
